- 3 months of email and fax support free. You can purchase a yearly support subscription to continue these benefits.
- Continuous access to automatic updates free-of-charge via the internet as long as we offer the product.
Before you contact technical support, please make sure you have
- the most recent update for the software (check)
- registered the software
- a current support contract
- checked the online help to see if it answers your question.

To request support, contact us or fax your question to 734-913-2201. In your message text please include:
- Your name, organization, and contact information
- Description of your question
- Description of relevant data set(s), if any
- ClusterSeer version (though we encourage you to install and test the most recent update before contacting support)
- Operating system
Fine print
Automatic web updating of your product will be offered throughout its version lifetime. However, once we release a new version, we will no longer update outdated versions. At the time of a new release, something we anticipate will happen every 18-24 months, current support subscribers will be offered the new version at a reduced price.
Direct contact support for all TerraSeer products requires that you register your software. If you haven't yet done so, please register your software now.
