Example Analyses

This quick tour provides an overview of the steps and results using SpaceStat (SS) and the SpaceStat Extension (E) to ArcView® (for ArcView 3.x). We examine housing values and owner occupancy rates in West Virginia (used in Anselin 1988), and the relationships between crime, income and housing values in Columbus, Ohio (used in Anselin and Bao 1997, Anselin 1998).
